Training

Even before training a new employee begins, SMG has rigorous standards which must be adhered to for someone to even start the process with us.  We believe in hiring great employees, period.  We prescreen, skill test, character analyzation and thorough background checks are just part of the process. 

All new employees are oriented in company policies and procedures, special site safety rules and materials and all other pertinent facts that are needed for them to know how to do the most outstanding job.  This includes specialized training including Hazard Communication, blood borne pathogens, safety with chemicals use and much more.  This is what makes SMG special and unique, and that is evident in the one place that really counts, our client list.
